If you get a letter from the government about changes to your benefits like Working Tax Credit, Housing Benefits, Childs Tax Benefits, Income Support etc do not ignore it! The letter will say you need to switch to Universal Credit because your current benefits are ending. This change is called ‘managed migration.’ You’ll need to take action to keep getting your payments.

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has told us that this change is happening in the North West area. Please, don’t ignore these letters!
