Children and Staff from Deafness Support Centre delivering the Dunelm Presents for the Joy of Giving Campaign
This year, the team at the Deafness Resource Centre not only participated in the Dunelm “Give a Child a Gift” campaign but also extended their support to one of our partners, The Hope Centre – a food bank located in St. Helens.
Throughout the past months, our staff diligently contributed essential food items, adding some Christmas treats to the collection. Recognising the significance of backing local charities, especially as one ourselves, we aimed to make a meaningful difference. In addition to food donations, we donated four survival packs comprising sleeping bags, scarves, socks, and gloves, intended for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Sarah, representing The Hope Centre, expressed overwhelming gratitude for the immense generosity and extended heartfelt thanks to all our staff for their valuable contributions.
