Exciting News: We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Halton’s first-ever Deaf Club, created especially for the profoundly Deaf community in the Halton area.
Working in partnership with Halton & St Helens VCA, Halton Borough Council, Mersey Care NHS and Halton Sensory Service, we will be hosting the inaugural event on
Tuesday, 22nd October, at 2pm at the Grangeway Community Centre, Runcorn.
We warmly invite you to join us for this exciting occasion! Our goal is to establish regular Deaf Club socials every Tuesday at 2pm, also at the Grangeway Community Centre.
This club will provide a vital space for the Deaf community, addressing key challenges such as social isolation, mental health, and communication barriers. It will also help build a strong sense of community, pride, and belonging.
